Registration and eligibility

• -A parent or legal guardian must complete registration for any camper under 18
• -Programs are age-graded; CATS may move a camper to a more appropriate group
• -A place is confirmed only when the deposit is received and required forms are submitted
• -Required medical and immunization forms must be completed before arrival

Pricing and payment

• -2027 rates are published as starting and proposed pricing while programming is finalized; your confirmed rate is shown before any payment
• -Deposits are applied to tuition; the balance is due 30 days before arrival
• -Multi-week and sibling discounts are applied automatically at checkout
• -Unpaid balances may result in the release of a reserved place

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, transfers and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Camper conduct

• -Campers are expected to follow staff instruction, campus rules and residential curfews
• -Harassment, bullying, violence, theft, and possession of weapons, alcohol, drugs or vaping devices are prohibited
• -Serious or repeated violations may result in dismissal without refund, with travel home arranged at the family's expense

Health, medical care and consent

By registering, a parent or guardian authorizes CATS staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for the camper when a parent cannot be reached immediately, and confirms that all health information provided is accurate and complete.

Assumption of risk

Athletic and activity programs involve inherent risk of injury. Families acknowledge these risks and confirm the camper is physically able to participate in the selected program.

Media release

Unless a family opts out in writing, CATS may use photographs and video from camp activities in program and marketing materials without compensation.

Program changes and force majeure

CATS may adjust schedules, staffing, facilities or activities as needed. If a program is cancelled by CATS, families receive a full refund or a credit toward a future session, at the family's choice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CATS's liability arising from participation is limited to the amount paid for the affected program. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Website use

Site content, logos and program materials are owned by CATS and may not be reproduced without permission. The demo checkout shown on this site does not process live payments.
